What a story it has been. There are no words to describe all of what was held in these two years. In November 2019, Matthias and I welcomed our sweet girl into our arms. Days were filled with endless rhythms of waking and resting, and new unfamiliar sounds filling our apartment. We laughed and cried and stared in awe and tried to sleep when we could. My back ached and my heart was full.
Little did we know one major life change would be followed by a few more - a pandemic touching every corner of our earth, the end of a five year job, moving north, and looking for a new home together. These first years brought at times more than it felt possible to handle and the most love of our lives.
